RE/MAX Key Properties is excited to announce the purchase of their new Bend headquarters at 42 Greenwood Avenue. The 9,468 square-foot site, formerly home to Cascadia Vehicle Tents, will nearly double the operational space of RE/MAX Key Properties’ current location on Franklin Avenue. When complete, the state-of-the-art facility will provide an elevated experience for brokers and their clients.
Owners The Buccola Brothers selected Francis Senger of Mission Building and Renovation, LLC to lead the renovation project, with architect Travis Smith of Collaborative Design Architects. This partnership prioritizes The Buccola Brothers’ intention of preserving the building, improving its structure, and providing a model for the future of architecture and connectivity in this area.
“This project is an exciting step forward, for our brokerage and for this section of Greenwood Avenue within the downtown core,” said Ryan Buccola, owner RE/MAX Key Properties. “For us, it is an especially unique opportunity to honor the history of the building while being a stakeholder as planning for this area moves forward with improved connectivity between the east and west side of Bend.”
The space was designed with the workflow of today’s modern broker in mind, featuring multi-use areas that can be easily transformed to accommodate brokers’ needs moment to moment. Highlights of the layout include multiple conference rooms, private office spaces, open-concept common areas, and parking located in the front of the building. The design reflects modern concepts with neutral finishes, clean lines, high warehouse-style ceilings and natural light from near floor-to-ceiling windows and garage doors along the west and south sides of the building.
The brokerage recently held a meeting to introduce their brokers to the newly acquired space. Following a presentation by Senger and review of renderings, the group celebrated their soon-to-be headquarters on the patio of their new neighbor Silver Moon Brewing.
