Real estate and a love for the Northwest are both in Ryan’s blood. Licensed in Washington and Oregon, Ryan manages Washington properties for the Buccola Group. He has extensive experience in OREO transactions, as well as in-depth expertise in land development, entitlements, and new construction marketing. His strong relationships with many land developers and builders bring his clients unique investment opportunities and valuable connections. An avid snowboarder and fly fisherman, Ryan began his sales career in the outdoor sports industry, working as an independent sales representative for several manufacturers. Covering the territory helped develop his knowledge of regional markets. Switching his focus to real estate, Ryan continued his career with Schneider Homes, Windermere and John L. Scott. He has consistently been in the top 10 percent of producers of his peers since being licensed. His industry commitments include memberships in the National Association of Realtors, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Master Builders Association of Pierce County. Ryan has played an active role on the NAHB Sales and Marketing Council and is also active in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and RMLS (Vancouver/SW Washington). Equally committed to local volunteering, he has served as a past board member of Community Schools of Tacoma, a nonprofit group working to bring businesses into underfunded schools.
