Joanne McKee’s roots run deep in the Pacific Northwest. Raised on the Oregon Coast, she found her home in Bend in 1974 and never looked back. She and her husband Rick built their life here, having raised two boys in a community they love.

Before stepping into real estate in 1999, Joanne built her foundation in customer service at one of Central Oregon’s insurance agencies and community. There she developed the detail-oriented, client-first mindset that still defines her work today.

Joanne is deeply committed to serving her clients, taking the time to understand their needs and approaching each search with creativity and insight. When challenges arise, her strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking keep deals moving forward.

Her career reflects a dedication to learning and service. She has been active with the Women’s Council of Realtors and served on key Central Oregon committees, earning respect for her ongoing commitment to education and industry expertise.
