He built his first house in Bend at 22 years old. Jak then fell in love with real estate and has since invested in projects in Bend, Portland, Seattle, Wenatchee, and Mexico. Gaining first-hand experience with new construction, remodels, rentals, ADUs and land acquisition.

Prior to shifting into real estate as a profession, Jak owned/operated a sales agency (OlioNorthwest.com) which was centered in the action sports and lifestyle industries. This business provided him with an in-depth understanding of how thoughtful customer service, honesty and transparency are keys to building healthy relationships.  He also learned the importance of great product positioning and creative marketing, which translates into his approach with real estate.
