As a Central Oregon native with deep roots in the community, Dan brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to every transaction. A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, he practiced law for 15 years before transitioning full-time to commercial real estate in 2000.

Dan specializes in commercial sales and leasing across industrial, office, multifamily, and land transactions throughout Central Oregon. His legal background provides clients with invaluable insight into complex deal structures and contract negotiations. At the same time, his decades of local market experience mean he’s seen virtually every scenario that can arise in commercial real estate.

Beyond real estate, Dan is deeply committed to his community through active involvement with ShelterBox USA, Rotary, and the Family Kitchen. He finds great fulfillment in helping people, whether through his professional work or volunteer efforts.

Dan lives in Bend with his wife and is a proud father of three adult children. When he’s not working throughout Central Oregon, you’ll find him pursuing his passions for fly fishing, crabbing, golf, camping, and hiking—activities that keep him connected to the natural beauty of the region he calls home and serves professionally.
