Growing up in a family of local business owners, Cody had the advantage of learning early on about the nuances of running a successful business in this community, as well as the value of property ownership and the opportunities offered by commercial leasing.

His path to a career in real estate began after college when Cody learned the hospitality business as a Golf Professional. At Sunriver Resort, he managed the Crosswater Club with responsibilities including overseeing the Club’s operations, finances, and membership.  Working primarily with out-of-area members and visitors, Cody enjoyed helping people make the transition to life in Central Oregon. It was at this time that he made the decision to transition his skill set to a career in real estate and to expand his opportunity to help others establish their businesses and their lives in Central Oregon.

Cody is recognized for his consistent accountability, and professionalism as well as his commitment to successful outcomes for his clients. He enjoys applying his specialized knowledge and abilities in assisting clients with buying and selling both commercial and residential properties. In addition to his professional life, Cody makes it a priority to give back and help others in the community. Most recently his volunteer efforts have included the annual coordination of the Sunriver Marathon For A Cause, as well as Peer Tutoring, and coaching Golf at Caldera High School.
