As a born and raised Bend local, I have witnessed the transformation throughout the decades—from a tiny mountain town to the vibrant, highly desirable destination city it has blossomed into today. My entrance into the world of real estate started with my mother and now partner, Rhonda Garrison. I had watched her excel as a broker for many years, so after five years of teaching and then staying home to raise my two children, I decided to join forces with her. While obtaining my teaching degree, I had worked various positions in real estate myself, so it felt like a natural transition.
