Ben Schimmoller is a real estate broker guided by industry experience and a long-standing family connection to real estate. Raised in Central Oregon, Ben has deep roots in the community and is proud to now be raising his family here, bringing both local insight and a generational understanding of the real estate industry to every client relationship.

What truly sets Ben apart is his in-depth knowledge of local regulations and government planning. He currently serves on the Redmond Urban Area Planning Commission and is actively involved with the Knights of Columbus and the U.S. Selective Service Board. His background in politics and congressional work gives him a unique perspective and a strategic edge when navigating negotiations and complex transactions.

Outside of real estate, Ben enjoys poker, football (go Beavers and Seahawks!), and hunting. Whether advocating for clients or contributing to the community he loves, Ben brings integrity, work ethic, and heart to everything he does.
