John was a D-1 college lacrosse team captain, Washington state lacrosse coach of the year, and six time state champion as a coach. John loves to mountain bike, snowboard, play golf, and volunteer coach. His wife Laura is a corporate attorney and they have two boys who are always on the move, taking advantage of all that Central Oregon has to offer.
