THIS MONTH'S ANALYSIS

What’s Happening in the Central Oregon Housing Market?

“Spring is bringing energy to our Central Oregon market! March saw prices rise in most areas – Sisters jumped 13.3%, while Bend and La Pine both climbed over 7%. More homes are hitting the market, especially in La Pine where new listings more than doubled. This means more choices for buyers than we've seen in quite some time. The market is finding better balance with increased inventory levels. Buyers can typically negotiate 1-2% off asking prices. For sellers, smart pricing remains key. For buyers, you now have breathing room to make thoughtful decisions. Each community has its own unique trends – what's happening in Bend might look quite different from La Pine or Sisters. That's why local expertise matters more than ever.”
